Did an easy ride from Bill's house out into Shelby County, maybe Fayette County, who know's. Kept the ride mostly at a conversation pace. My ankle/foot felt fine most of the time. Had a slight burning sensation behind my left ankle around mile 10 but then it went away. Saw a lot of riders out this morning. A big group from RB's then a few guys out by themselves.
Ride was 21.48 mi in 01:30:00 hours at 14.32 mi/h. Not great but not bad for a fun ride with friends.
